2.keep excercising regularly

i think there is amost problem in everyone is a stomach fat.its looks so ugly.if you one of them who have this then i suggest you to reduce stomach fat because it is a house of diseases.

Always eat your breakfast as it is the main meal of the day. If you should go to bed earlier, so that you wake up 30 minutes earlier to have time for your breakfast, then do it and never live your home without having your meal in the morning. Why? It can be easily explained. Your metabolism is slowed down during the night, so, you should rave it up in the morning for better weight loss.

looking for the best way to lose weight,i suggest you a very simple way to do it.just do regularly like yoga at morning and evening for half hour and then drink a glass of water.after two hour eat fresh fruits or food as you wish.thus you will reduce all the unwanted fat.i did the same and now i lose 20 kg in just 1 and half month.thats good na.so try it.
