Well In this forum there was some tips and in tips the tip No 2 like It says t is recommended to do physical workouts at least 30 – 60 minutes a day to stay healthy. Also try to add weight lifting exercises 2 times per week. It will help you to burn that excess calories.

Here are some tips for the weight loss.
Do exercise regularly
Running, swimming and jogging
Drink plenty of water
Control your diet
Take more boiled vegetables
Don't take more cholesterol and fatty foods
Eat fresh fruits especially citric fruits
Drink fresh fruits juice
Take green tea
and use fish oil.
