4: Eat healthy homecooked meals
5 : Start a cardio + weights workout
6: Alter your snacking habits
7: Have at least one active hobby
8: Find a solution to combat stress
9: Drink plenty of water

just be more active and find a sport that you kinda like (swimming, jogging, tennis)....while you start your sport, start to also make small little changes in your diet so that you will stick to it...then take away the unhealthy foods little by little...soon you will be fine just eating all healthy food.

• Cut the salt- Eating more than the recommended (1 tablespoon) of sodium each day will cause you to retain water and weight gain.
• Start a cardio + weights workout
• Opt for a hobby
• Combat stress
• Opt for healthy vacations
• Walk after every 4 hours
• Chew food properly
• Keep snacks out of sight
• Avoid eating straight from food containers
