Ingredients:
Tofu 150 gm
Green Chilli 1
Chopped Tomatoes 2
Salad Leaves 2-3
Green Onion 2-3
Chopped Garlic 3-4
Olive Oil 1 tsp
Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:
To prepare dressing, mix 2-3 tbsp lemon juice, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 green chilli and 3-4 chopped garlic in a mixing bowl. The dressing is ready.
To make the salad, fry 150 gm Tofu and cut it in to cubes. Now put 150 gm tofu, 2 chopped tomatoes, 2-3 green onions, 2-3 salad leaves and dressing in a mixing bowl and mix it well. Serve the salad in a salad platter.
