The 2010 Lexus HS 250h is a new model from Toyota's luxury division. This gas/electric hybrid compact car is a five-passenger, 4-door sedan that teams a 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine with a battery-powered electric motor for 187 hp total, and comes with a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT). Lexus' hybrid system allows the HS 250h to run on one or both of its power sources to balance acceleration and fuel economy. No plug-in charging is required. Available safety features include ABS, traction control, antiskid system, curtain side airbags, front and rear side airbags, and front knee airbags.
