Riding on half century knocks from openers Rohit Sharma and Gautam Gambhir and 140 runs partnership between them, India on Wednesday defeated Pakistan by nine wickets in its second warm-up match of ICC T20 World Cup.
Chasing a total of 159, Sharma and Gambhir went after Pakistan bowling attack right from the beginning.
Sharma slammed 80 runs off just 53 balls. His innings included nine fours and two sixes.
Gambhir remained not out on 52 runs.
M Aamer was the wicket taker for Pakistan.
