Security Setup In Pakistan As Zimbabwe Team Arrives Lahore

Zimbabwe is the first team to tour Pakistan as official since 2009 Lahore attack on Sri Lankan players. Zimbabwe arrives Iqbal International Airport Lahore last night at 2:30 am from Dubai International Airport. Pakistan set strong security with 4000 members including Muhafiz Police, Army, Rangers and about 200 police truck and car around Zimbabwe team's bus. Zimbabwe team is welcome by two ministers from the ruling party Pakistan Muslim League - Nawaz along with the top brass of the PCB. Zimbabwe team stays in five star hotel in mall road and 14 km form Airport and the route were close for public traffic and the streets leading into Mall Road also were closed.
