Wife Carrying Competition In North American
The North American Wife Carrying Championship is a fun-filled sports event held at Sunday River ski resort in Newry, Maine October 11, 2014. Fifty men stepped up to the challenge in Maine on Saturday, at the annual North American Wife-Carrying Championship. It's a test of true love - carrying your other half through a 250m obstacle course without dropping her in the mud. The winning couple will travel to Finland next year to compete against dozens of other triumphant twosomes at the international wife-carrying event.
