Really nice talking about fruits and also really nice above comments, guys i also want to say something about this topic, According to my personal view many benefit's of fruits, like, foods provide vitamin and minerals etc... And it's too good for your body and health...

This is a nice post. I think that you should add one more fruit name that is pomegranate and papaya. These fruits are also rich in nutrients and help to stay fit and fine.
