Its a fantastic sharing and very impressive. Fruits have lot of health benefits because fruits contain vitamins. Fruits prevent us from many diseases. Fruits provide energy so we should eat fruits daily.

Dates

Dates are rich in potassium which is significant for body cells and control the blood pressure and heart rate and protect against heart diseases, also potassium is important for heart muscles and it is needed to maintain nervous system and balance metabolism also dietary fiber is important for everyone, dates is wealthy in dietary fiber which are good for digestive system, prevent constipation, decrease fats and remove toxins from colon which may leads to colon cancer. Dates are important for bones because dates contain Manganese which is important for healthy bones.

Fruits are really the Gifts of God. Specific fruits are beneficial in specific type of health or fitness problems. Orange, Lemon, Grapefruit and green apple are very effective for burning body fat and reducing weight. Banana is said to be the best fruit for men's health.

as i think the best fruits and vegetables are orange ones. they carrie the most important vitamins and fiber. it is still important to have a well balanced diet and if you truely cannot take the taste of important fruits and veges you should make sure you take replacement vitamins

Banana is somehow always available in our house. I love to eat pineapple, it really help in my digestion, especially if I eat a lot. I love also mangoosteen fruit.
