I think all the exercise are best for fitness If we perform these exercises regularly. Side by side we must also concentrate on our diet and eat the food according to the diet plan.

For the fitness, all the exercise are best. People can do jogging in the morning. Than swimming is a good exercise. Yoga is more effective because yoga reduce stress and improve mind power as well as it make us body healthy.

My suggestion would be that regular work outs along with cardiac exercises are the best to do in order to maintain a good health.

Running.
To lose more fat you need to get your heart to pump more, therefore running is perfect. Take 10 minutes of steady jogging then 5 of running, and reapeat-do this at least 2x a day
