for fitness swimming is one of the best thing it really shape ur body in a very good way i do have the experience of this if u could spare 2 hours/day it will be very good.......it impacts all over the body.....

There are lot of exercises, but i suggest some exercises for you people.
1. Running
2. Body Building
3. Swimming
These are best exercises and you can do easily.These are healthy exercises, and best for weight lose and fitness.

One exercise do daily. And adopt the proper routine life style. take small meals 5 times in a day and some exercise for grow your mental power.
