It is better tips to follow to enjoy the healthy life style. I prefer to follow the exercise and diet regularly which helps to increase the immunity power. Another thing is that for the healthy life style there is not only required to follow the physical exercise but also required to follow the Yoga as the exercise which helps to increase the concentration power and helps to avoid the stress & hypertension.
