These all ways are really very nice and great. In my opinion, for stay healthy you can do regular yoga because yoga is the best way to stay health,Also drink a lots of water and eat much fruits and vegetables for every day. Eat also good food and always avoid junk food and drink a lemon juice, Fruit juices, and milk. always keep smiling on you face and do regular exercise.

Great tips to get perfect health.
We must take at least 12 glass of water, it improves our metabolic system,
Drinking green tea is also good for health and helps you in reducing weight,
Avoid soda, diet soda and tetra juices and drink fresh juices,
Do start any exercise, physical activity or sports on regular basis,
Sleep for 8 hours.
