Non-toxic building materials, has specially designed green roof binds recycled cellulose together to offer perfect insulation. A passive system incorporated into the thermal mass of the building offers excellent cooling. The green roof helps control wastewater runoff and supports native flora and fauna. A natural swimming pool that lies stretched ahead of the villa acts as a rainwater storage system, a wildlife magnet and a swimming pool.
