Write The Future - Nike World Cup Ad

Nike may not be an official sponsor of FIFA World Cup 2010, but the company's attempt at going viral with its "Write the Future" campaign is paying off.

Nike's "Write The Future" campaign has merged World Cup activities and the power of social media, creating a large-scale interactive experience that light up the city of Johannesburg, South Africa, where the football tournament is currently being held.

Nike's "Write the Future" ad is being heralded as one of the greatest ambush marketing moves of all time. It has been viewed 16 million-plus times just on YouTube, and can be seen playing all over World Cup-related broadcasts.
