Palmanova Italy - The Star Fort
Palmanova is a Italian city of Udine in Friuli Venezia Giulia. It was built by the Venetians in 1593 and is called the star-shaped city for its polygonal to star with 9 points.
Palmanova is unique because its layout is geometrically perfect. It is surrounded by walls and moats that for about seven kilometers form this frame so harmonious. There are six roads converge toward the center and a hexagonal square.

Palmanova is famous for its fortress plan and structure, called a star fort, imitated in the Modern era by numerous military architects. For this reason it has become Palmanova the city of numerology par excellence.
