Yet another showdown from Maruti Suzuki with the Splash and the Concept A-Star. With the runaway success of the Maruti Swift the company is expecting the A-Star to do the same for them again. So when do we see this car? Expected to launch in India around Oct 2008 and before that the Splash will make an entry into the market. The Suzuki A-Star will have India as its export hub catering to the global market.
The cars are being showcased at the Auto Expo held in Delhi. Hope some of the Motorheader readers are lucky to have a glimpse of the car and share some pictures of the car. How is it going to be priced and placed in the Indian market, well thats something which we all need to look for. The pricing strategy should be just right to hit the big market share.
