Mazda MX-5 2016 Modern Look Unveiled
On 25th anniversary, the new modern look of Mazda MX-5 2016 unveiled globally with few modifications. The re-design of the new MX-5 meant finding a balance between classic roadster styling and a new, modern take on design. Specifications and options for the Japanese release indicate that the car is to be outfitted with a SKYACTIV-MT 6-speed manual gearbox which will be connected to a SKYACTIV-G direct injection petrol powered engine. Suspension will be double wishbone configuration, whereas a multi-link setup has been placed in the rear. The car will feature electric power assisted rack and pinion steering. No price tag has been placed on this one yet, but the word is that the new 2016 Mazda MX-5 will be available in North America sometime in 2015.
