KTM 1190 Adventure Bike Wallpapers
KTM is going to launch Adventure 1190 in India in the second half of 2014. The Adventure 1190 comes in two versions, the standard and the R. The powertrain consists of a 1195cc liquid cooled V-twin engine which churns out 148 hp power and torque of 125 Nm.
Since it is after all a KTM, it sports the Trellis framework, WP suspensions and is extremely light weight at just 212 kg dry weight. The 2014 iteration really ups the game with the new Motorcycle Stability Control( MSC) tehcnology. This system, which was developed jointly with Bosch, uses the bike’s Combined Anti-Lock Braking System( C-ABS) and Traction Control to help keep the bike stable under any riding condition.
Also on offer are a tyre pressure monitor and suspensions that are electronically adjustable. Making touring on the bike easier is its 220 mm ground clearance and fuel tank with a 23 liter capacity.
The bikes is expected to be priced at 8.5 lakh rupees and will make KTM much more competitive in the Indian Market.
