Ferrari VS Bicycle - Record Breaking Race

Swiss cyclist François Gissy comes with his rocket-powered bicycle and challenge the high speed Ferrari car. Cyclist hit a blistering 207 MPH setting a new world record. He performed the stunt November 7th at Circuit Paul Ricard in France, running a number of test laps on his lightly modified bike before going for top speed. His time to reach it? Just 4.8 seconds!

For comparison, Gissy raced a red Ferrari 430 (an car with a top speed of 196 MPH). If this video is any indication, the Ferrari didn't even stand a chance. For power Gissy's bike used a hydrogen peroxide rocket designed by Arnold Neracher of Exotic Thermo Engineering (if you're dying to build your own…). That’s a serious amount of trust to strap that thing between your legs!
