QUICK CREAMY EGGLESS CAKE
INGREDIENTS
1 CUP MALAI(FRESH)
2 CUPS FLOUR(MAIDA)
1 CUP CASTOR SUGAR
1/2 CUP MILK
1 TSP. SODA BICARB
1/2 TSP. BAKING POWDER
1 TSP. VANILLA ESSENCE
1 DROP OF 3 COLOURS
( RED GREEN AND YELLOW )
Method
sieve flour baking powder and sod Bicarb together. Mix thoroughly sugar, malai mix maida and vanilla essence with hand or wooden spoon. Divide the mixture into 3 portions. Add each colour to each portion. Pour one by one in greased baking tin. Bake in a preheated oven at mod. temp. for about 40 min. or till cake is done.
COFFEE FIZZLE
1 TSP COFFEE POWDER, 2TSP.CASTOR SUGAR 2 SCOOPS CHOCOLATE ICECREAM 1 BOTTLE SODA (CHILLED) 1/4 CUP WATER.
Method- Boil water. Dissolve sugar. Cool and add coffee. Put icecream in a glass. Pour cofee syrup on top.
Finally add soda. Serve immediately.
