Banff National Park is oldest national park of Canada that was established in 1885 in the Rocky Mountains. The park located 110â€“180 km west of Calgary in the province of Alberta, encompasses 6,641 km2 of mountainous terrain, with numerous glaciers and ice fields, dense coniferous forest, and alpine landscapes.

Yeah is really a very beautiful park of Canada.I visited it the last year in my vacation.Its a huge park.A very huge area covered by this park.I like it so much because naturally its so beautiful.The lake inside is very fascinating and you can enjoy boating right there.We had great fun in this park last year.I miss that moments.

Your images are really very beautiful and post are highly informative. The area of this park is about 6,641 km2. Every year more than 3,927,557 visitors came here and enjoy the beauty of nature. i also visited this park in 2006 with my sister.

Gorgeous photographs! Impressive, Banff national park such a most famous and busy attraction that we just found in Canada. I visited this Banff Nation Park before long time during the summer vacations. so to enjoy the warm weather I really enjoyed their boating at the Banff Lake in big amount of water. Banff Lake Cruise provides a unique sightseeing tour experience with one of two 43 passenger Lake Cruisers. There has also been a large variation between daytime and night-time temperatures.
