You have the right to like or dislike the picture. This is an art photography.
Can you say why it is not attracting you. Critisize it with open mind.

Its an photoshoped OR edited I mage...
Atleast i think so.....

I mean only express your views no problem if it is a criticizing way. It is a photo shopped photo artist added some effects to express his thoughts only. If your opinion comes i can identify how people rating a picture. That's all
