1 Cup Turkish Bulgar Wheat
1.5 - 2 Cup Hot Chicken Stock or Water
1 Onion – Chopped
1/2 Can Tomato Tin
1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
1 Turkish Pepper
2 tablespoon Salted Butter
Salt to taste
METHOD
1. Wash and soak the bulgar wheat for 10-15 minutes
2. In a pan melt the butter
3. Add onion and sauté
4. Next add tomato tin & cook for 4-5 minutes or so
5. Next add the peppers, salt and tomato paste and mix
6. Next add the drained bulgar & mix
7. Add the hot stock/water
8. Cook with till the water evaporates
