
Connectivity is provided by integrated Wi-Fi b/g and Bluetooth 2.0, while SDIO and ExpressCard slots are available to add components. The computer also features two geo-tag enabled digital cameras and a built-in GPS receiver.
The device meets the military's MIL-STD-810F standards for impact, vibration and humidity resistance, with a housing measuring nine inches wide by two inches thick. Trimble claims that the Yuma can handle submersion in water down to depths of one meter.The Yuma is expected to be available sometime in April. Pricing information has not yet been announced.
