heres wat to do:
1) limit total fat in take.take 2/3 teaspoons of olive oil.remaining fat should come from fish and vegetable oils
2)limit satured fat intake like butter,coconut oil,animal fat.
3)limit sodium intake to 2400 milligrammes a day
4) have foods high in fibre
5)have green vegetables and fresh fruits
to reduce cholestrol
