1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1 teaspoon Chilli flakes
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 tablespoon Chat Masala
1 teaspoon Kashmiri Degi Mirch
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Mango Powder
Add all masala
Mix well making sure chicken is fully coated
Add 2 tablespoon of lemon juice and mix well
Add 3 tablespoons of Oil
Mix well and leave to marinade for at least 1-2 hours - overnight in the fridge works best
Heat a non stick frying pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil
Add the chicken and cook on medium flame, turning occasionally, till chicken is cooked through
Add 1 tablespoon of butter and turn heat to full to give a glossy/crispy edges to the chicken and cook for 1-2 minutes
Remove to serving plate, top with the masala/sauce from the frying pan
Top with sliced onions and coriander leaves
