Softbank has announced another NEC phone named as SoftBank NEC 930 N Slim Clamshell Phone.SoftBank NEC 930 N Slim Clamshell Phone is just 13.9mm thick. The 930N features 3.2-inch 854×480 VGA main display and a 0.77-inch external display. It comes with a 8 Megapixel camera and a 0.33 Megapixel secondary camera.
Softbank NEC 930N offers GPS, 1Seg tuner, Bluetooth, IrDA, WCDMA support, FeliCa and a microSDHC card slot.
