Samsung together with T-Mobile USA has announced the availability of Samsung’s latest Katalyst mobile phone. The Samsung Katalyst is a stylish handset with a slider design. It is part of the line-up of phones that supports T-Mobile HotSpot @Home service.

The Samsung Katalyst phone offers built-in support for T-Mobile HotSpot @Home, offering users good wireless coverage when making calls over a home wi-fi network or even at T-Mobile’s 8,500-odd HotSpot locations across the world.

Moreover, when a customer leaves home or a T-Mobile HotSpot, their calls will be passed onto T-Mobile’s wireless network. The same holds true for passing calls onto Wi-Fi networks. Plus, on purchase of a HotSpot @Home add-on plan, customers will get unlimited nationwide calling over Wi-Fi.

Coming back to the Samsung Katalyst, this sleek phone has a sophisticated metallic silver finish on its slider design. Other features include a 1.3 mega pixel camera, Wi-Fi connectivity and Bluetooth.
