Rocketbook is a common notebook you can use to write and draw on then have all of its content erased off in 30 seconds in a microwave oven. For this to happen, it is required that only a specific pen from the brand Pilot called FriXion should be used. If a regular ballpoint pen is used, the writings are permanently marked on Rocketbook.

In addition to the notebook itself, there is a smartphone application for Rocketbook that allows you to scan the pages you used and also upload them to a cloud storage program, such as Google Drive, Evernote, Dropbox or to a regular email account. Those little icons at the bottom of the page allow you to put a mark and then the app knows where to upload the scanned image.
The dimensions of the Rocketbook, which may have 50 or 100 sheets are 27.94 cm by 21.59 cm and its pages, which have a dotted pattern rather than solid lines, are made of a polypropylene material that can be inserted into the microwave without the risk of catching on fire.
The Rocketbook project is seeking funds on Indiegogo and has already raised more than 10 times its initial $20000 goal. If you want a Rocketbook to call your own, the initial donation is $ 25 and entitles you to a 50-page notebook and a Pilot Frixion Black Pen. Shipments are expected to begin in July 2015.
