For Crust
Chocolate chip cookies 2 ½ cup (Crumbs)
Butter 3 oz (melted)
For Filling
Milk 1 ½ cup
Cream 1 cup
Chocolate chip 2 tbsp
Chocolate powder 5 tbsp
Sugar ½ cup
Coffee 1 tsp
Eggs 4
Butter milk 1 cup
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1 ½ tsp
Red food color 2 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Cooking Directions
For Crust: Mix biscuits crumbs with butter and spread in a 9 inch glass pie plate. Leave it in the fridge to set for 15 minutes.
Filling for Pie: In sauce pan add milk, cream, chocolate chips, chocolate powder, sugar and cook; stirring continuously. Add in instant coffee.
Now mix eggs, butter milk, corn flour and vanilla essence in a bowl and add to the mixture to the sauce pan. Cook on very low flame until thick.
Remove from heat, add red color and butter; pour over biscuit base.
Put in fridge to set, decorate with grated white chocolate.
