Mango Lassi

Ingredients:
1 cup diced fresh mango
1/2 cup chilled orange juice
1 cup plain soy yogurt
3 tbsp honey
2 cups milk, chilled
1 tsp Garden rose petals, optional
Method:

1. Combine diced mango, orange juice & honey in food processor. Blend for 1 1/2 minutes. Keep aside.
2. Pour milk into processor & process till it has expanded & become frothy.
3. Add the mango puree to the milk and process for about 1 minute.
4. For a thicker lassi, add yogurt and a bit more mango.
5. Pour into glasses with some ice cubes. Garnish with the rose petals if desired.
6. Serve immediately.
