Banana Nut Cake (Cakes)

Ingredients:

* 1 Egg
* cup Oil
* cup Milk
* 1cup Flour
* 1cup Sugar
* cup Walnut
* 3 Mashed Bananas
* 1 tsp Baking powder


Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Pour into lightly greased and floured oblong or small loaf pans.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for half an hour.



Tip: Cake in Microwave - Add a little less flour and a little more liquid to the batter.
