
Ingredient
* 1 cup Greek yogurt
* 3 ounces crumbled feta cheese
* 1/4 red onion, peeled and grated (or very finely minced)
* 1 tablespoon minced garlic (about 2 fat cloves)
* 1 tablespoon minced fresh mint
* 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
* 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt or to taste. The amount of salt to add will vary depending on the saltiness of your feta cheese.
* Freshly ground black pepper - several grinds

Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients, taste for seasoning and allow to sit for at least an hour for the flavors to blend. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, more crumbled feta and serve with meats, breads, vegetables, plain crackers or chips. Enjoy!
