Thank you Kajnh and your post is intresting. because this roti belong to pakistan and but the pictures were taken in the UAE. sa some labours are cooking their out of their accommodation or their work site.

This is definetely not "Khabus"....
Khabus is smaller in size and made of Rice powder as "Love" said..
This is PHATANI Roti....
We eat it every night....but a little smaller in size....
It must b clear by now..!!!!
