it is khabus i think its d national food of dubai...hamus..khabus...

in dubai u will get roti of this size normally!!!

In Arabic .. it is called Khubus ... in Urdu & Hindi we called in Roti ! so one is a same thing !!!

and one more thing ! it is not happening in Dubai .. it is probably in Pakistan !

this kind of roti is not available in UAE. this pakistani roti and it is mostly cooked by Khan's

and regarding the Khubaz its size normaly equal to the pakistani (tandoori) roti and its made with the rice powder not with the wheat.
