Chicken 1/2 kg
Vinegar 4 tbsp
Soya sauce 3 tbsp
Chinese salt 3 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Sesame seed oil 3 tbsp
Green chilli (julienne and deseeded) 10
Spring onion (julienne) 3
Rice noodles 1 packet
Oil 3 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Soak noodles in cold water for 5-8 minutes.
Cut chicken into long strips.
In chicken put vinegar, soya sauce, chinese salr, black pepper, sugar, corn flour mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a wok add chicken and stir fry.
Add chilli and fry then also add spring onion.
Add rice noodle mix well and serve hot.
