Chicken 1/2 kg (boneless, tiny cubes)
Rice noodles 1 packet
Oil 1 cup
Onion 1 large (blended)
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Green chilies 8 (grinded)
Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
Mint leaves 1/4 bunch
Salt to taste
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Gram lentils 1/2 cup (boiled)
Fresh coconut ½ cup (grated)
Gram flour 3 tbsp
Coconut milk powder 1 cup (heaped)
Spring onion 1 cup (heaped, finely chopped)
Cooking Directions
Soak noodles for 30 minutes.
Heat 1 cup oil add blended onion with ginger garlic paste, fry well.
Add grinded green chilies, coriander and mint leaves, fry well.
Add boneless chicken cubes with salt and chili powder.
Add 1 cup water cover and leave it till chicken tender.
Add fresh coconut milk powder, gram flour and 3 cup of water in a bowl and mix well.
When chicken in tenderized well then add coconut mixture and boiled gram lentils, cook well.
When mixture boiling then add soaked noodles and cook for a while.
Serve with boiled eggs, spring onion, fried garlic, lemon, chopped green chilies, fried onion and ginger julienne.
