Chicken boneless ½ kg
Chicken tikka masala 2 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Black pepper 2 tbsp (crushed)
Corn flour 1 tsp
Capsicum 2 (diced)
Tomatoes 2 (diced)
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt as required
Bbq sticks as required
Cooking Directions
Cut the chicken into cubes.
In a mixing bowl combine together the garlic paste chicken tikka masala, oil, salt ,soya sauce, chili garlic sauce, worcestershire sauce, corn flour, chicken cubes, diced capsicum, onions and tomatoes.
Skew the vegetables and chicken cubes closely on the BBQ sticks.
Cook in the microwave at 100% for 9 minutes.
Remove and serve with shashlik sauce.
