Potatoes ½ kg (cubes)
Water 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Eggs (boiled) 2
Cheddar Cheese (grated) ½ cup
Parsley 2 tbsp
Red Chili (crushed) ½ tsp
Cream ½ cup
Butter 50 grams
Cooking Directions
Add potato cubes, water, milk, salt, black Pepper in pan and cook on low flame.
When potatoes are tender, turn off the flame. Drain out the water.
Shift potato in a bowl and add cream, butter and boiled eggs. Mix gently.
Transfer potato in a baking dish, top with cheddar cheese, sprinkle red chili and bake for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle parsley and serve.
