All-purpose flour 1-1/4 cup
Semisweet chocolate chips 2 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Butter or margarine ½ cup
Sugar 1 cup
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Baking powder ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Eggs 3 (beaten)
For Frosting:
Coconut pecan frosting 1 tin
Semisweet chocolate chips 1 cup
Walnuts ½ cup (chopped)
Cooking Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 F or 180 C and grease 13x9" cake tin set aside.
In a sauce pan heat butter and 2 cups chocolate chips on lower heat and stirr continuously, remove.
Now mix this mixture into eggs, flour, vanilla essence, sugar, baking powder and salt, fold by spatulat to incorporate well.
Pour into greased cake tin and bake for 25-30 minutes, insert skewer and check to come out clean, its done.
Remove and let it cool at room temperature.
For Frosting: In a bowl take coconut pecan frosting add chocolate chips and walnuts mix well and spread over baked brownies. Cut into square piece and serve.
