Tomato 6 (chopped)
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
All spice 1 tsp (ground)
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Jumbo prawn 15 – 20
Coriander powder 1 tbsp (roasted)
Black pepper 1 tsp (whole)
Oil 1 cup
Green chili 4 (finely chopped)
Fresh coriander 1 bunch (finely chopped)
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, all spice and yogurt in wok and cook until dries up.
If you need water then add little water.
When water dries then add prawns, roasted coriander powder, whole black pepper and oil. Stir fry for a few minutes.
Then add green chili, coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix, cover and cook for a while.
When prawns are cooked then take out in a serving dish, mix salt and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot with naan.
