Plain flour 250 gm
Eggs 6
Cocoa powder 2 tsp
Sugar 250 gm
For Fudge:
Condensed milk 1 tin
Cream 1 packet
Cocoa powder 4 tbsp
Butter 50 gm
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Set oven at 200C. In a bowl beat together the eggs and sugar.
When the mixture becomes frothy beat in the plain flour, and cocoa powder.
Separate the batter into three portions.
In separate molds bake the cake at 200C for 20 minutes.
For Fudge:
In a pan, add the condensed milk, cream, cocoa, butter, corn flour and oil.
On a low flame heat the mixture, stirring continuously.
When the mixture starts to thicken, turn the flame off.
Now remove the cakes from the moulds and pour the frosting over each layer of cake.
