You can prepare diet chart, do regular exercise, consume fat burning foods like tomatoes, oranges, oats, spices, Sweet Potatoes, Apples, drink more water, drink lemon juice in morning, avoid the junk food etc. You can take green tea extract 2 capsule per day.
