Portuguese chef Joaquim Sousa has designed a magical chocolate dessert. His "dessert du jour" looks like a ball at first sight, but once the hot cream is poured - it blooms like a flower! The chef currently works at Ipsylon restaurant located in 'Hotel The Oitavos' in Lisbon.
