Peel slices from the whole potato using the peeler
Take a slice and turn to form a curl
Roll it tightly to make a 'bud'
Keep adding more slices and rolling around it
Take a toothpick and push it through the rose
Repeat till all the slices are used
Add them into boiling oil
Remove to serving plate
(can be used as presentation item)
