1 tablespoon of Garlic Paste
1 tablespoon Ginger Paste
Mix well so all the meat is coated well
Add two tablespoon of Lemon juice and mix well
1 tablespoon Cumin Seeds
1 teaspoon Mango Powder
1/2 teaspoon Red Food Colouring
1 tablespoon Chaat Masala
Add 4-6 tablespoon of oil
Add 3-4 tablespoon of thick, strained yogurt
Leave to marinade for 1/2 minimum in fridge - over night works best
Preheat an oven
Oil a non stick baking tray
Place the chicken on the tray in a single layer
Place the tray in the oven and let the chicken cook, turning occasionally and keep basting with the marinade. (Cook at Gas Mark 7)
Remove to serving dish and serve with rot, raita and salad
