½ Litre Pineapple Juice
½ Litre Coconut Water
1 Can Full Fat Coconut Milk (app 400ml)
10-12 Ice cubes
½ Cup Fresh Pineapple
To serve:
Tinned Pineapple Rings/Fresh Pineapple pieces
Strawberry
METHOD
1. In a blender add the pineapple pieces, pineapple juice, coconut water, coconut milk and blitz for 5-10 seconds
2. Next add the ice cubes and blitz again for 10-15 seconds or till ice is crushed and its all blended
3. Add to serving glass
4. Place a piece of pineapple and strawberry on a cocktail stick
5. Add the cocktail stick and a few matching straws to the glass
6. Serve along with dinner
