Coffee is second most traded commodity on earth. Coffee beans are picked, dried and stripped down until all that's left is a green bean. Originally, coffee was eaten as energy food. 70% of the world consumes Arabica coffee which is mild and aromatic while other 30% driks Robusta, which is more bitter in taste but has 50% more caffeine than Arabica.
